Vegan Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients

Flour

Baking powder 

Golden syrup

Almond milk

Applesauce

Vanilla (optional)

Pink salt  

Nuttelex butter 

1 med banana 

Method 

In a bowl add 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 2 tbsp syrup, pinch pink salt, mush up 1 banana and add to a bowl

In a different bowl add 1/3 cup almond milk, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp applesauce, 1/2 t vanilla, (optional) then add 2 tbsp of almond milk, melt 1 tbsp of butter and mix with a wooden spoon,

vvThen grease your pan and put on medium/high heat then pour some of you barter in, once the batter starts bubbling on the top flip, then you’re done
