How to Study and Actually Remember

  • The best time to study is from 5am-10am and if you can’t during the day 5pm-9pm.
  • Don’t stay up all night before an exam/ test even if you’re studying, it’s best to go to sleep early and wake up early feeling awake and refreshed  
  • Go for a 15-20min walk before an exam/test 
  • Take a relaxing break after 45-50 min of studying (you don’t want to over study or you’ll end up forgetting)
  • Read out loud if you need to remember things 
  • Listening to music when you study but not your rap/pop music, try listening to classical music 
  • Put your phone on airplane mode or off so you don’t get distractions 
  • Work in a neat area
  • Reward yourself at the end of your studying
  • Don’t over work yourself 
  • Take your time
