- The best time to study is from 5am-10am and if you can’t during the day 5pm-9pm.
- Don’t stay up all night before an exam/ test even if you’re studying, it’s best to go to sleep early and wake up early feeling awake and refreshed
- Go for a 15-20min walk before an exam/test
- Take a relaxing break after 45-50 min of studying (you don’t want to over study or you’ll end up forgetting)
- Read out loud if you need to remember things
- Listening to music when you study but not your rap/pop music, try listening to classical music
- Put your phone on airplane mode or off so you don’t get distractions
- Work in a neat area
- Reward yourself at the end of your studying
- Don’t over work yourself
- Take your time
