How to Feel More Awake without Coffee

  • Eat breakfast! It gives you your fuel and energy for the day and jump starts your metabolism 
  • DRINK WATER! Water will wake your mind and body up 
  • Go outside and get some fresh air to refresh your mind and body
  • Stretch and do some exercise, clears the mind, creates a happy mood and is great for your body  
  • Add superfoods to your diet 
  • Eat healthy fats (e.g. an avocado) 
  • Take out processed foods because they cause your body to feel bad and you’ll crash
  •  Try drinking caffeinated tea or coffee, each has benefits and will boost your energy
