How to Control Hunger

  • Drink water (most of the time you aren’t hungry just bored)
  • Work out
  • Eat more protein and fiber
  • Have a coffee or green tea (if you drink it)
  • Stay out of the kitchen
  • Get some sleep
  • Eat small portions 
  • De-stress 
  • Eat until you’re satisfied not until your full
