To fall asleep
- Drink Chamomile tea in the evening or a few hours before bed
- Go to sleep around the same time every night (yes, even on the weekends)
- Eat a banana before bed
- If you have a pet sleep in the same room as them (if it makes you feel more comfortable and at rest)
- Stretch before you go to bed (even just for 10 min)
- Avoid looking at blue lights (e.g. phone, computer, TV, etc)
To lose weight
- Drink a cup of warm water before you sleep
- Do some light exercise before bed or in your bed (e.g. 50 crunches)
- Drink some warm milk or have a protein shake as a late night snack
To feel happier
- Spend time with your parents or guardian after school or work
- Don’t spend a lot of time on devices: read a book, hang with family or friends
- Food prep the night before
- Plan your clothes for the next day
- Organise anything that needs to be
- Clean up your room (and if you really don’t want to at least don’t add to it)
- Cuddle your pets (if you have any)
